Designer Exchange - Knightsbridge

Revamp of commercial outlet; partial strip-out and remodelling of shop layout. Also, improving security features to the frontage.

Objectives:

• Alter general layout
• Create new office space (first floor)
• Refresh tired paintwork
• Uplift lighing fixtures
• Improve security elements

Scope of Work:

Our process involves multiple stages, ensuring quality and precision:

1. Removal of all display furniture and fixtures
2. Protecting floor and any sections that are to be retained
3. Begin strip-out and deconstruction works
4. Remodel layout - studwork/electrics etc
5. Drywall, Plaster, and repaint
6. New woodwork and doors (mostly glass)
7. Reinstate display fixtures

A comprehensive cosmetic uplift; Creating an elegent look to match client product placement.

This was more of a Shop Fit. Usually, our 'refreshes' involve far less remodelling. We were subcontracted by a Shop Fitting Company on this particular project.
